Qualifications Required

Associate degree or higher

Hospice (2+ years)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Other EMR

TruChart EHR

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri (MO)

Preferred

Please provide your RN License number. (Required for Submittal)

Key Responsibilities

Provide management and delivery of patient care plans

Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas

Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year

Schedule and Shift Details

7 days on followed by 7 days off: Mon-Thurs: 5P to 8A; Friday- Sunday: 8A to 8A (would more the less be a on call position during the weekends) - (2) holidays per year – 1 summer & 1 winter; 3 floating holidays
