Qualifications

Required:

1+ years of Clinical Pharmacy experience
Valid Pharmacist license in the state of New York (NY)
Key Responsibilities

Dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with department policies and procedures
Serve as a communication liaison across patients, families, medical staff, and management to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
